Die Dargebotene Hand ist ein Zusammenschluss von zwölf lokal und regional verankerten, unabhängigen Organisationen unter einem gesamtschweizerischen Dachverband. Die Dargebotene Hand ist offen für alle Menschen, unabhängig von Religion, Kultur und Herkunft. Sie richtet sich nach den Grundsätzen des Europäischen Verbandes der Telefon-Seelsorgen IFOTES (International Federation Of Telephone Emergency Services). Die Regionalstellen bieten je eigenständige Beratungsdienste via Tel 143 oder per Online an. Detaillierte Infos zu den Regionalstellen finden sich auf deren eigenen Webseiten.
